The client of our replaced hinged door order is a cold room engineering company from New Zealand. He need two sets of hinged doors with the door opening size of 800mm×2000mm, and the cold room panel is PU Panel, plans to install the replaced hinged doors on the 100mm and 150mm cold room panels respectively. One type of cold room is a 0℃ chiller room and the other is a -20℃ freezer room. The size of the cold room is 2.4×2.4×2.4m.

According to the customer’s needs and referring to the customer’s previous hinged door pictures, we recommend the replaced hinged doors with four-sided aluminum frames. The chiller room uses the 100mm thick door panel, and the freezer room uses the 150mm thick door panel. Equipped with heating wires to prevent leakage of cold and prevent the problem that the door cannot be opened due to low temperature frost.
