This project is for a customer from the United States. The customer needs glass door freezer to freeze bread. The size of the project is 10ft(Length)x10ft(width)x8.2ft(Hight), with 3 glass doors, and the size of the glass door is 762mmx1905mm ( 30″*75″), because the glass door freezer is frozen, so we use a three-layer thickness glass door with heating wires, so that the freezer room can keep warm and not easy to frost.

Because this project is frozen, it must have a floor to prevent cold leakage. We equip customers with non-slip aluminum plates on the floor to increase the load-bearing capacity of the floor and prevent slipping. In addition, in the solution of this project, the unit we match for the customer is a smart packaged unit. The smart cooling unit is a complete system, computer controlled, stable operation, intelligent temperature control. The biggest advantage of this unit is that it uses variable frequency compressor and soft start mode, which saves more electricity when used. In addition, the unit is also equipped with a touch screen, which is easy to operate and more accurate
In addition, Smart packaged unit adopts defrosting on demand, defrosting time can be shortened by more than 70%, only 3 to 5 minutes to complete a defrosting, power consumption can be reduced by more than 80%, taking 3HP unit as an example, a year can save 1500 KWH electricity.
Finally, the condensing unit integrates most of the accessories and requires less wires to be connected by the customer.Simple installation, saving labor costs.
