Application of Container Cold Room
Positive Temperature (0 / 5ºC)
Cold rooms with a positive temperature are generally used to preserve products such as fruits and vegetables, but also fresh meat and fish, and some medicines or vaccines.
They provide a suitable environment for the conservation of many products, guaranteeing constant temperatures and contained humidity values, through insulating coatings with low thermal transmittance.
Negative Temperature (-18 / -25ºC)
This type of cold room is used for the conservation of previously frozen products, such as meat, fish or bakery, and also some medicines.
We create a suitable environment for the conservation and freezing of food, with an effective control of temperatures, humidity and the internal atmosphere thanks to the insulating coatings of very low transmittance and thermal dispersion, reaching temperatures of -25ºC to promote better conservation.
