Cold storage room for fruit is widely used to store and keep fruits like banana, strawberry, peach, pear, grape, etc al, in fresh quality. Cold storage room can provide low temperature environment for the fruits by the insulation and cooling system, which can reduce the fruit respiration and the invasion of bacteria. Tropical fruit storage temperature is different from ordinary fruit, tropical fruit storage temperature is generally 10-20 degrees Celsius, the temperature is lower than 8 degrees Celsius, fruit peel easily frozen, resulting in peel black, the temperature is higher than 20 degrees Celsius, the fruit will quickly mature, storage time shorten. All these factors affect the fruits cold room design.

  1. In the summer, our cooling system will made air cooling to keep the cold room temperature at 11-20 degrees
  2. In the winter , because Mongolian winter ambient temperature of -25 ℃ to -30 ℃, the minimum temperature of -40 ℃. Our unit cooler will made heat to keep the cold room temperature at 11-20 degrees
