Glass door display cooler can not only be used in supermarkets and gas stations to store beer and beverages, but also can be used in flower shops to display flowers.

We received a demand from a US customer and custom designed an irregular flower display cooler according to the customer’s drawings.

Different from regular display coolers, this flower display cooler is not in a regular shape. The unique beveled edge design makes full use of the space. Regular coolers have openable glass doors, which are convenient for buyers to take their favorite products. However, this flower display cooler only has two fixed glass windows and a glass entry door for loading and unloading goods.

Features:

1.Cooler:100mm PU panels with 0.535mm embossed metal steel without floor panel,and the U-shaped groove is fixed on the ground to fix the wall panel.The material of the embossed metal sheetmeets the aesthetic requirements of the United States. Its excellent corrosion resistance meets the customer’s quality audit standards.

2.The glass windows frame reserves a 100mm threshold to avoid direct contact between the glass door and the ground, effectively preventing cold air leakage. Wood blocks are embedded in the cooler panel opening, so that the glass windowframe can be better fixed on it.

3.The glass entrance door is designed between two glass windows, making the layout more beautiful. The bottom of the glass entrance and exit door is equipped with a 1m high anti-collision aluminum plate, which can protect the glass entrance and exit door from being damaged by impact during loading and unloading.

Professional CAD production drawings mark the technical points of each cooler in detail to facilitate customer installation.

Each panel has a clear number, so customers can easily find the installation location of each panel.

The technical drawings of the glass doors are displayed together with the drawings of the panels for easy inspection by the customer.

 

Protective Packaging of the Panel:

  1. Film packaging to prevent moisture, rust, and transportation scratches.
  2. Four-corner cardboard protection to prevent impact.
  3. Neatly placed, avoid shaking.

The Protective Packaging of the Refrigeration Unit:

1.Wooden box: fix the compressor and fan to prevent shaking.

2.Bottom support: easy to load and unload to prevent packaging damage.

Protective Packaging of Glass Windows:

1.Single glass windows will be packaged with plastic film to prevent moisture, rust and transportation scratches.
2. Put the packed glass window in a wooden box for sorting and packaging to prevent the glass door from being damaged during transportation.

Protective Packaging of Glass Door Frame:

1. The glass window frame is wrapped with plastic film.
2. Put the wrapped glass window frame into a wooden box for repackaging to prevent damage caused by frame shaking during transportation.
